Our Rosso di Crevada is a Cabernet Sauvignon wine
The terrains are formed by clay
Average age 10 –15 years
Average production 3- 3,3Kg per plants
Production of wine : HLXHA 80-85
The wine is made in red with a maceration on the skins with a controlled temperature
Serve at a temperature 16 - 18 C°
Prosecco

Prosecco is an autochthonous vine, intensely cultivated on our hills since
the early nineteenth century
Its origin is lost in time and appears to be linked to “Pucino”,
a famous and much valued wine in Roman times
It is not an accident that this vine is only to be found here ,in fact
in this area the marls, sandstone and conglomerates of witch the terrains
are formed , the southern exposure of the hills and the climate charactrized
by abundant rainfall , frequent during the summer ,with mild temperature
from April to October and a marked temperature differences during the
ripening season , create the ideal condition for producing a ligth wine
with an intense and captivating bouquet
Sparkling Prosecco IGT: sider cork,Average age of our
vineyard 4 years old, average production for plant 3,5 – 4,2 Kg ,
production of wine : HL x Ha : 88 / 92
The wine is made by a soft squeeze of graps and a fementation with selected
yeasts and controlled temperature
Serve at a temperatur 8 – 10 C°
